I have been tagged to write the things I like about spring... so write about spring I shall.  I am not good at passing these things along, but if you'd like to continue it, it seems a nice topic.

I like the rain at this time of year.  It falls hard, but it passes quickly and leaves everything looking refreshed.

I like the color of new grass. It's my favorite color, in fact.

I like that it is starting to get lighter outside and I can wake up naturally to the morning light rather than in the dark with an alarm clock.  I always keep my window shades open to let in the light in the morning.

I like the early flowers that come up all by their lonesome, braving the still-cold weather.

And finally, I like the spring because it is a promising time to wash out the old year, renew goals, make changes.  It just has that potential for success.

So there you have it.  I shall probably be thinking up other things to like about the seasons, later.
